Uwe Balasus-Lange is a petroleum engineer with over 25 years of diverse technical & managerial experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.

He is a graduate of the Technial Industry of Clausthal (Master of Engineering - Diploma Engineer), and he has a through knowledge of all technical aspects of oil and gas production. He is a coordinator for joint venture projects (opeated and non-operated) and is involved in joint inudstry projects (standization, safety and fracture technology). 

He has held management positions since 2003 ranging from Department Manager, Senior District Manager, General Manager to Senior Vice President in Germany and Egypt.
