• China Experience securely store your data at Eventbuizz and Rush Files. Your data on these two platforms is encrypted, which is completely EU GDPR compliant.
• We delete any sensitive data when they are no longer needed for this specific project.
Pass on and transfer of personal data:
• We disclose and transfer personal data to business partners and other stakeholders only if necessary, to fulfill the agreement we have with our client.
• We do not pass on personal data for purposes not followed from the agreement.
Data protection right:
• Your right to access: You have the right to request China Experience for a copy of your data
• Your right to erasure: You have the right to request that China Experience erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• Your right to object to processing: You have the right to object to China Experience’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
