Delegates may also want to check travel insurance coverage for financial losses due to cancellation of these services. In the event that the Icelandic Ministry of Health/PCSI/NCC cancels the conference, a full refund of the conference registration fee will be provided. However, the Ministry is not liable (nor is the PCSI nor NCC) for any losses related to hotel bookings, airlines, and other booked services. It is a delegate’s responsibility to check the policies of organisations providing these services before booking and/or ensure coverage through travel insurance from financial losses due to cancellation.
