Exhibitors and customers at Odense Sport & Event:
When doing business with Odense Sport & Event you agree to share GDPR data with Odense Sport & Event. Your data will be protected according to guidelines and legislation and will not be shared with external parties.
However, for Odense Sport & Event to arrange fairs, events, conferences, and meetings etc., exhibitor data might be shared with our suppliers and/or business partners. This includes one or more of the below mentioned companies:

This Privacy Policy protects your personal information by regulating the use of information provided by Odense Sport & Event when you register for Odense Sport & Event meetings and events. Odense Sport & Event is committed to protecting the confidential information of all users when they are online. The purpose of the personal data policy is to establish clear guidelines for Odense Sport & Event data processing.
Information collected by Odense Sport & Event
Odense Sport & Event requires that participants who register for our meetings / events provide the personal information necessary for Odense Sport & Event to administer the event. Some of the required information is mandatory and clearly marked on the registration form. Filling in other fields is optional.
Our registration platform provides the opportunity to create personal profiles for each participant, speakers and exhibitor, in order for the event site to provide networking value. To get the most out of this value, it is necessary to accept the sharing of the personal information provided at registration (payment information excluded).
The personal information is only shared internally between participants for the specific event, and is not passed on to third parties. The event site is kept open and active for 3 months after each event to maximize the networking benefits of our event site. Afterwards, all data is deleted.
You may gain insight into the data we process about you and demand that data be corrected or deleted, or that our use thereof be restricted. If you make a valid objection to our processing, we may no longer process your data. In some cases, you may have data you have provided to us disclosed or sent to a third party. If you have given us your consent to share your data, you can revoke this at any time by making a written request to mess@occ.dk
Sharing information and consequences
Odense Sport & Event will not sell, distribute or loan your personal information to third parties not mentioned here unless Odense Sport & Event has your prior permission or unless is required to do so by law. Odense Sport & Event reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone in connection with the administration of your account with Odense Sport & Event.

If you wish to completely unsubscribe from the event, you can request that all your data be deleted. As long as you are registered for one or more of our events, we need to have a certain amount of information in order to manage your registration.

Photographer / video:
I agree that there will be a photographer present who will take pictures and record video on ace. The image and video material will be used for marketing the trade fair during and after the fair, as well as for printed and online articles about the Myvendo Fair 2023.
I agree that I can contact the photographer during the trade fair if I want portrait images / video to be deleted and not used. Photos taken by a larger assembly will not be edited.
