We are Lolland municipality’s “One Point of Contact” for consortia, subcontractors and other companies in the daily work throughout the construction and production phase of the Fehmarnbelt project. We also aim to ensure your business has easy access to advice and support on screening, recruitment and upskilling of qualified labour.

• We are working towards ensuring the highest possible proportion of Danish labour in the project
• We support the upskilling of unemployed people for positions targeted by job openings in the project
• We coordinate that apprentices can get involved in training and apprenticeship in companies
• We match jobseekers with vacancies and provide guidance on upskilling and skills profiles.
• We also facilitate contacts and cooperation between companies and local subcontractors.

Our corporate services work closely with the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR) through the Eastern Labour Market Office (AMK Øst), and Femern Agency is part of the Job Centers’ Recruitment Service Zealand (JRS). Further, we are engaged with Femern A/S, Femern Belt Development, Fehmarn Belt Contractors and Femern Link Contractors.
