Hannah Phillips is a 3^rd year PhD student in animal science at the University of Minnesota, USA minoring in statistics. She completed her bachelor’s (2014) and master’s (2017) degrees in animal science at Iowa State University and the University of Minnesota, respectively. For her master’s projects, she studied organic dairy and beef production, including grass-finished beef quality, forage nutritional quality, and herbal medicine. Her current PhD research includes behavior and welfare of broiler chickens and dairy cattle raised in organic conditions.
