When you arrive at Comwell Kolding please go to the hotel reception. They will guide you to the conference registration desk where you will get your name tag. It is mandatory to wear the name tag during the conference.
If you come by car please remember to register your license plate in the reception area.
Room check in Comwell Kolding
You can check in from 14:00 pm and you need to check out at 11:00 at the latest.
Accommodation for MSc /Ph.D students
MSc and Ph.D students will automatically be distributed to share a Twin room with another student of the same gender, unless a particular roommate name has been given in the registration form.
The rooms for MSc /Ph.D students have been booked at the nearby Zleep Hotel Kolding. The hotel is a short 10 minutes walk from the conference venue. Address: Grønningen 2, 6000 Kolding.
Bus Transportation
Bus transportation to and from the conference venue has been organised. If you would like to book a seat, please sign up for the bus via the registration form.

- departure from DTU Offshore at 7:00 on 29 November 2022.
- departure from the National Gallery of Denmark (SMK), Sølvgade 48-50, 1307 København K at 7:00 on 29 November 2022.
- departure at 15:30 on 30 November 2022 to the same two addresses, DTU Offshore and the National Gallery of Denmark (SMK) in Copenhagen.
