The Agreement and general conditions
 
By purchase at https://my.eventbuizz.com/event/sefos-2019/detail/ you agree to the following guidelines /conditions of purchase.

The purchase shall be governed by Danish Law.
 
The agreement is only binding for both parties, when payment is received.
 
The “Danish Sale of Goods Act” is applicable for the purchase.
 
Sønderborg Konference og Event Service only acts as an intermediary concerning the purchase, why any complaints about the purchase of conference participation, or the conference in general, has to be directed directly to the local organizing committee of the 1st International Seminar on the Foundations of Speech (SEFOS) 2019. 

According to the "Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 18, paragraph 2, no. 12" the purchase of conference participation is not covered by the withdrawal, and there is therefore no right for the consumer to claim cancellation after purchase.

Refund and cancellation
 
Conference participation is only refundable in case of total cancellation. Any change in location, dates, duration, conference participants etc. is not considered as a cancellation.
 
About payment and withdrawal

Sønderborg Konference og Event Service receives payment with the following credit cards:
 
- Dankort
- VISA /Dankort
- MasterCard
 
There is a charged card fee when paying by card. The fee corresponds to the card issuers payment fee.
The card fee is not covered by the withdrawal in case of cancellation of the conference.
Receipt for the purchase will be send to the e-mail address registered at the checkout.

Personal data (name, address, etc.) and all communication are stored and transmitted in a closed encrypted network and in accordance to “The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data”
 
All information concerning payments and card information will be sent encrypted to PBS via DIBS.
 
Card information etc. will not be stored in the network of Sønderborg Konference & Event Service.
