Wind Denmark's Purchase Policy
1. Ordering
All orders via the Internet take place by filling out Eventbuizz ApS’ online order form with all relevant information.
For orders paid by electronic means - for example with Danish credit card or other credit card - the booking is automatically confirmed by the customer, and the customer will immediately come to a page with confirmation.
2. Prices
Unless otherwise noted, all prices incl. 25% Danish VAT and are subject to: price increases, exchange rate changes, force majeure, tax changes, sold out and typographical errors. Prices are valid for all countries. Wind Denmark’s VAT (CVR) no. is 10401488

Once you have bought your ticket, you will receive your ticket by e-mail as soon as possible. If you have not received the email with the tickets within 24 hours after completing the purchase, you can do the following:
4. Return / cancellation
Cancellation must be done through Eventbuizz online registration site or by contacting Wind Denmark.
If cancellation is notified to Wind Denmark no later than 10 days before the event, the full amount paid will be refunded. You must send an e-mail to info@winddenmark.dk with your payment transaction number or your order number. Later cancellation will not be entitled to reimbursement.
Wind Denmark reserves the right to cancel the event and will then refund the full amount paid. In this case, Wind Denmark cannot be held responsible for other costs that the participant may have had in connection to the event.
5. Service Fees
Eventbuizz ApS will not charge you a fee to use this service. However, other taxes or costs may apply to your use of the service which is imposed by third parties. For example, you agree and understand that the financial institution that issues your funding instrument may charge you a fee in connection with the debiting or charging of the funding instrument resulting from the funding transaction. You should consult the terms and conditions governing your funding instrument for more information about any such fees.
6. Loss
If you have lost your ticket, you can contact Wind Denmark on +45 3373 0330 or send an email to info@winddenmark.dk, and receive a new copy of your ticket.
7. Payment card
Any fees applying to the use of Danish or international credit cards will be held by Wind Denmark and thus not added to the price of any given event.

- Determine whether you have stated the correct email address upon ordering
- Check that the ticket purchase is completed
- Check whether you have a spam filter that stops the receipt of the email
