Virtual Event: Eat, Sleep, Innovate

How to make creativity an everyday habit inside your organization

"If you want to unleash more creativity in your organization, you can't simply tell people what you want; you need to create a culture that emboldens them to behave like innovators. And you need to trust that this is what they want to do. If your goal is to promote new ways of thinking, Eat, Sleep, Innovate is an indispensable guide. I highly recommend it." — Ed Catmull, cofounder, Pixar

Long-established routines inside companies have shifted. There is an opportunity right now for organizations to create new routines around innovation, ones that don’t require huge budgets or sprawling teams. Uncertainty increases the need for innovation—and the time to unleash it is now . . .

In Eat, Sleep, Innovate: How to Make Creativity an Everyday Habit Inside Your Organization, innovation expert Scott Anthony and his coauthors urge organizations to go beyond relying on lone geniuses or betting the house on breakthrough ideas.

Join Scott on 17 November to learn how normal organizations can do extraordinary things and drive innovation success through the development of new habits. Scott will talk about:

  • The five behaviors that drive innovation success and how to support them: Curiosity, Customer obsession, Collaboration, Adeptness in ambiguity, and Empowerment.
  • How to break down the organizational inertia that stops you from making tomorrow different.
  • How to hack old behaviors with BEANs: behavior enablers, artifacts, and nudges. BEANs help organizations bust down innovation blockers.

Scott D. Anthony is a senior partner at the growth-strategy consulting firm Innosight and consults and advises companies all over the world, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, Cisco Systems, and Credit Suisse. He is the author of many books and articles including Dual TransformationThe Little Black Book of Innovation, and The First Mile. In 2017, Anthony received the Thinkers50 Distinguished Achievement award for his work in the field of innovation.
