Check-in will be possible from 16:00 hours (4 pm) local time on the day of arrival. In case of an earlier requirement of the room before this time, the hotel will do its utmost to have the room ready but does not guarantee this. Upon the company’s or the individual delegate’s reguest, early check-in can be agreed, depending on availability and the Hotel's applicable rules. 

The official check-out time is 12:00 hours (noon) local time. A supplementary charge may be required in the case of late check-out: half day rates apply for extensions up to 16:00 hours (4 pm) local time and are subject to availability on the day. We urge you to REMEMBER to square your bill for your consumption in the bar and your hotel room's minibar.
