Country Managers Talk (Part 1): A personal safety leadership
We have invited the four Danish country managers to a Country Managers Talk to build further on the theme from last year’s Safety Conference, “working together”. Every single day people in the industry work together, so this is something the industry is in together. Our ambition is to have the country managers demonstrate that with safety and safety leadership there is an alignment in our industry. It is not something we are competing on, it is something we are working together on.This talk will focus on their personal relationship to safety and key principles of safety leadership, seen from their perspective.

This talk will focus on the key takeaway from the conference, what learnings the country managers would like to leave the audience with and what they as country managers can be counted in for when it comes to safety leadership and personal commitment to safety.
