    Alan Palmer is a Partner in the EMEA region at JMJ, accountable for a broad portfolio of work spanning Europe and Middle East geographies. His career comprises 34 years in heavy industrial, construction and consulting settings. He works with leading global organisations, producing breakthrough performance in safety. As a consultant and executive coach, Alan has supported people from senior leadership to the front line in creating environments where deep commitment, collaboration and sustainable culture change become the norm.  With his strong track record and depth of experience he brings professionalism, challenge and rich context to the 2019 TFZ Conference.

      We have invited the four Danish country managers to a Country Managers Talk to build further on the theme from last year’s Safety Conference, “working together”. Every single day people in the industry work together, so this is something the industry is in together. Our ambition is to have the country managers demonstrate that with safety and safety leadership there is an alignment in our industry. It is not something we are competing on, it is something we are working together on.This talk will focus on their personal relationship to safety and key principles of safety leadership, seen from their perspective.
