Morten is trained as a Marine Engineer, suplemented with a degree in Business Management. He has worked in the oil and gas industry for the past 12 years. Morten first started as a technician on the Gorm field, he has since held various leadership positions both offshore and onshore in operations. He has previously worked as an OIM offshore, and today he is working as Head of Production for the TEPDK offshore assets.
