• Gill Kernick

    Gill is a master consultant with JMJ Associates, partnering organisations in high hazard industries to develop the leadership and culture needed to prevent accidents. Her book 'Catastrophe and Systemic Change’ brings together her personal and professional lives. Gill lived on the 21st floor of Grenfell from 2011 to 2014 and seven of her former neighbours died in the fire. Campaigning for change, in 2020 she was voted as one of the top 25 most influential people in Health and Safety in the UK. She hosts a blog ‘The Grenfell Enquirer’, speaks and writes to promote authentic debate and enquiry.
