1-1. Why should my company be represented at the exhibition?

The conference exhibition area offers you an opportunity to show how your company makes an active effort to strengthen safety, health and environment in the Danish oil and gas sector.
Your sponsorship supports Esbjerg and Oil Gas Denmark in our joint ambition of being the natural venue for offshore safety, work and cooperation. We hope you will use your sponsorship to make this annual event even more attractive. 

Our primary goal is to make sure that the conference truly and honestly demonstrates how companies, research institutions and authorities contribute to improving the process and working safety of offshore installations in Denmark and the rest of the world.


1-2. How many attendees are expected?

The 2016 conference was sold out with attendance by 400 representatives of the public authorities, the offshore industry, research institutions and other sectors. The 2017 conference is also expected to be sold out.

1-4. When can the exhibition booths be set up?

Exhibitors have access to Esbjerg Performing Arts Centre on April 18 between 12:00 and 18:00 in order to set up their stands. Alternatively, the stand can be set up on April 19 between 07:00 and 08:30.


1-5. What are the opening hours of the exhibition?

There will be three breaks during the conference. In addition, the exhibition will be open in connection with registration/breakfast in the morning.
We request that your stand is staffed during all breaks.

 


1-6. How big is a normal booth?

Each booth measures 2 x 3 metres. If you need more space, please contact the conference secretariat.

 


1-7. Can enclosed booths be set up?

In order to reduce conference costs, the Programme Committee has decided not to establish enclosed stands. Instead, your stand area will be marked by tape on the floor.

 


1-8. What equipment will be in place, and what should/can we bring?

In order to give your company the optimum marketing value, we invite you to bring your own rollup displays, information materials, video screens etc.
As standard equipment, there will be a tall round café table at each booth. In addition, Esbjerg Performing Arts Centre will be able to make ordinary tables available for exhibiting materials etc.

Furthermore, electricity will be accessible at all booths and there will be wireless internet in the entire conference centre.

1-9. When must the booths be dismantled?

All stands must be dismantled on April 19.
You are free to dismantle your stand right after the third break at the conference, and no later than 18:00.

2-0. Does booth staffing have to pay the conference fee?

Employees that you might bring to the conference solely to staff your stand, will naturally not have to pay the conference fee. A meal fee of DKK 500 excluding VAT will be charged for each of them.

If members of the stand staff attend the conference, they must pay the full conference fee.


2-1. What does the conference magazine contain?

We will publish a conference magazine on the day of the conference. Here, participants can read more about the speakers, get practical information etc. The newspaper will also include advertisements from all sponsors.
To find information about advertising space in the conference magazine, please go to "Our Sponsor Packages".
The advertising material must be submitted to the secretariat no later than 17 March, 2017 in a printable format and quality.


2-2. Where will meals and beverages be served?

All meals and beverages will be served at the central square in the middle of the exhibition area. It is expected that the exhibition area will be well-visited during all conference breaks and during registration.
