    Researcher, consultant, Psychologist

    Simon is a Senior Consultant at the DSFP. Simon has several years’ experience of clinical work as a psychologist in social and healthcare settings, as a researcher (Royal College of Psychiatrists and Queen Mary University) and as a senior lead in the quality department at East London NHS Foundation Trust. Simon is an IHI trained Improvement Coach and joined DSFP in June 2016. Simon leads on the mental health (Sikker Psykiatri) and educational programs.

    • 17:30 - 06-11-2019 This presentation provides an introduction to the subject of psychological safety and highlights the critical role psychological safety plays in the development and maintenance of happy and healthy staff, and work environments which are focused on learning.

    • 13:00 - 07-11-2019 This workshop provides delegates with a more detailed look at the theory behind psychological safety, what factors contribute to the development of psychological safety and what are the consequences of a work environment with good or bad psychological safety. It is an interactive session which will benefit from participants sharing their experiences.
