Martin Peter Næsby is the CEO of Dansk Offshore. Martin has been responsible for the establisment and mangement of Dansk Offshore. Martin has 15 years of experience in several leading positons at Maersk Oil and has a wide experience within 'hands-on' oil and gas. 

Martin has been expatriated as deputy CEO in Kasakhstan and has been the Chief Jurist at Maersk Oil Corporate in Denmark. He has accomplished several management courses among them being IMD, Schweiz. He holds a master degree in law from Copenhagen University and has studied in Bonn, Germany. Before entering the oil and gas industry, he worked at Bech-Bruun specializing in re-construction.
