Since May 2017, Glenn has held the position of Operations Coordination Manager at Oil and Gas UK, the UK Oil and Gas regulator, with a focus on promoting and influencing the outcome of the UKCS resource development. Prior to this position, he was VP Head of Subsurface for Maersk Oil, based in Copenhagen – a position he held for 5 years. As part of Maersk Oil, Glenn was responsible for the leadership of the subsurface discipline, corporate reserve reporting and led the introduction of project maturation process into MO. Glenn is a Petroleum engineer by background and has spent the majority of his career gaining a broad exposure from exploration and new business to mature field operations and development projects. Glenn has held positions in the Service sector and with Major Oil and Gas operators in both operational and functional roles with increasing scope, leadership and complexity.
