Delegates can register without immediate payment, but payment must be settled within 14 days of registration or March 15th, 2023, whichever is the earliest, for registration to be accepted
In the event that a delegate cannot attend the conference, registration can be transferred to another person.
Should a suitable replacement not be found, until April 8th, 2023, a delegate that has paid in full is entitled to a refund of the conference registration fees minus a € 80 administration fee. Following April 8th, n part of the registration fee is refundable.
Delegates should check policies for cancellations with hotels, airlines, and other services before booking these services.
