The personal data we collect are needed to provide you with the right service up til, and during the event.
We use your personal data, i.e. name, email and phone number to contact you with further information regarding the event, including showing the list of participants (name, title, company) both before and after the event on the event website.
We use your data for the promotion of our other events, that we find could be of interest to you. You can at any given time unsubscribe from this information by contacting our secretariat.

Your information is registered in an SSL-secured database supplied by Eventbuizz and later stored in our own CRM-system Highrise. Only CenSec’s employees can access the given information. CenSec will keep your information for at least five years as is required due to tax legislation.
You have the right to know which information CenSec has about you, and to have them corrected or even deleted, if CenSec has no further reason to keep them. You have the right do deny the use of your data for any promotion of other events.
Your credit card information is handled by DIBS by NETS in accordance with the Payment Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
