Conference format

The construction of the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link is well underway with over half of the excavation work completed, a tunnel element factory under construction and a goal of casting the first tunnel element before the end of the year. Many Danish and foreign subcontractors have thousands of employees working on the Fehmarn project every day. But this does not mean that the opportunities have been exhausted - on the contrary, there are still new tenders and tasks to be solved and thus plenty of further opportunities for Danish and foreign companies.

About the conference
Fehmarn Link Business Conference is a business conference focusing on the business opportunities arising from of the construction of the World's longest immersed tunnel - the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link.
At the conference, Femern A/S, Fehmarn Belt Contractors and Femern Link Contractors will give a status of the construction, the need for subcontractors and upcoming tenders of the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link.
Thereafter, we will give a warm welcome to the Spanish consortium SICE-Cobra, the recent winner of the contract for all the technical, electrical and mechanical content of the tunnel - a contract of approx. 700 million euros.
SICE-Cobra will inform about the tasks and opportunities that they will be offering. They will inform about their need for subcontractors and employees and even give an insight into the criteria for future subcontractors and the procurement strategy.
Before and after the conference, you will be able to meet consortia, contractors and future partners in the exhibition and B2B area. To achieve the best possible exposure of your business, a Business Stand in the exhibition area can be purchased.

Food and drink will be available throughout the day.

Registration and credit card payment can only be made through this website. All participants are required to register – also if they are only manning a Business Stand. There is a limited number of participants, registration is on a first come, first served, basis.

You have the possibility to make your company visible to the consortia and other contractors and businesses by purchasing a Business Stand in the exhibition area.
The stand is 2,4 x 3 meters, equipped with a high table and two chairs. You may bring roll ups or other exhibition elements to decorate your stand, as long as it is kept within the area of your stand. We kindly ask you NOT to serve food or drinks at your Business Stand – catering is provided throughout the day.

Event site and event app
You can sign up and stay updated about the program, practical information and Q&A on this conference event site. Login to “My Account” in the top menu to update your profile - which can be seen by others on the participant list – a great tool for networking! Please note that you must accept the GDPR regulations to become visible on the participant list. As a new feature, you can also download an event app for use during the conference itself. Here, all information is gathered in one place incl. ticket, program, list of participants, list of exhibitors, etc. Afterwards, the conference presentations and evaluation will be available in the app. Likewise, the app can be used to make appointments with exhibitors or to contact other participants at a later date. (All registered participants will receive a link to the event app prior to the conference).
