For over 30 years, HanseGrand has been developing and producing water-bound pavements for a better environment. Innovative materials and nature-friendly in-house developments have made HanseGrand a renowned brand known for its consistently high product quality.
In 2020, HanseGrand was awarded the "Blue Compass" (1st prize) by the Federal Environment Agency in Germany for its unsealed, nature-friendly path construction in line with climate adaptation goals.

Cost-effective and low-maintenance road surfaces
The all-natural HanseGrand road surfaces consist of a top layer and an optional storage-capable dynamic layer. They blend harmoniously into the natural environment, are inexpensive to install and easy to maintain in subsequent years. Due to their favourable water flow and evaporation capacity, they counteract urban heating and dryness.

Certified eco-balance proves sustainability
HanseGrand climate building materials stand for sustainability. This is proven, among other things, by our life cycle assessment, which we received in April 2019 from Marco Mohrmann, member of the Lower Saxony state parliament.
In addition, HanseGrand researches and develops in the field of natural agricultural soil additives and is a leading supplier of the environmentally friendly lightweight building material expanded clay.

Focus on nature and regionality
Based in northern Germany, HanseGrand is active throughout Europe and maintains several regional offices for consulting and sales. Production and storage take place in more than 50 regional plants. This means short distances for customers and products, saves transport costs and pollutes the environment significantly less than long delivery routes.
