    Title of presentation: How to succeed with IT talent Zoomers (humans)   Abstract of presentation: In IT Minds, 90% of our employees are born in the 90s, thus known as Millenials or Zoomers, which are notorious for being spoiled, impasssionate and demanding. Despite this, we have succeeded in building a successfull and growing business with very high employee satisfaction. Come by to get some insights and be inspired on how we have managed this.
