Our start-up, called Grøntlab can help people to discover creative ways to use local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, by providing them an experience box. This box would include various fruits and vegetables, as well as tools and other needed ingredients. It also contains a guide about how to experiment. Our boxes are not only providing a fun experience but can also contribute to a long-term change in our customer’s diet towards eating more sustainable. Our solution would connect farmers from the greater Copenhagen area to citizens and by that contributing to social, environmental and economic sustainability.
