My passion as a professional is to transform central and local governments based on the tremendous and ever increasing power of information technology. The public sector today is faced with significant challenges as well as great opportunities. I believe that few missions can be as exciting as helping public sector entities develop better services, become more efficient, and to better serve their purpose as cornerstones of our society. I meet these types of challenges armed with a strong background from computer science, the practical discipline of systems development, strategy, as well as management consulting on the CxO level. I also have intimate knowledge of the central government, including budgeting, management, governance and political processes.
