I run Lingo Labs, a small strategic design lab in Oslo, Norway, and teach entrepreneurship and design thinking at the University of Oslo and Westerdals. First and foremost, I believe in leading a co-creative, entrepreneurial culture to bring useful solutions to real problems. That's what drives me—whether it's empowering entrepreneurial talent, rolling up my sleeves with prototypes or running executive workshops and innovation programs. My work on innovation and business design methods has been adopted by Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley, Stanford University, INSEAD among others. In 2015, I was recognized as one of the top European startup bloggers by Tech.eu. In 2014 and 2015, Leader Lab highlighted my as one of the Top Professors on Twitter. Most recently, I was fortunate enough to be shortlisted among the top lecturers in Norway by Morgenbladet.
