Payment Policy
The following terms of sale and delivery apply to any agreement entered into via DDAC’s website. If you are registering on behalf of another party, it is your responsibility to ensure that such party is aware of these terms and accepts them; by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the party aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
Any agreement on the purchase and delivery of tickets, etc., between the parties to an agreement entered into, is made on the basis of these terms of sale and delivery.
Agreement on purchase is subject to the general rules of Danish law, and can only be considered final when DDAC has digitally registered a request to purchase tickets and received payment.
Payment can be made with the means of payment that appear at any time in the payment module, and must take place by online payment. Payment is deducted when the ticket is shipped. It is not possible to register for DDAC without first paying the registration fee.
A credit card fee of DKK 20 is charged for each order.
Cancellation In case of force majeure, etc. an attempt is made to arrange a new event date, where purchased tickets will then be valid. Tickets are non-refundable as long as an event can be moved with the same setup to another date. In the event of cancellation of an event, the basic price of the ticket will be refunded.
Change of date, partial implementation of the event, events not completed according to the event description etc. are not considered cancelled.
Ticket fees, delivery fees, card fees and any costs incurred for postage will not be refunded.
In case the event is cancelled, you will get the full registration fee reimbursed. Credit card fees are not reimbursed. Note that the exchange rate may have changed from the time you registered and the time you receive your money back.
By purchasing via DDAC, the ticket buyer accepts that DDAC stores and stores personal information that has been submitted in connection with ticket purchases. The personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, information about e-mail address, etc., is transferred to the organizer who holds the event for which the ticket was purchased.
This is done to ensure the ticket buyer the optimal service e.g. in case of late changes in the event and cancellations. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility that DDAC always has correct contact information, so that notification of cancelled/changed events can be passed on to the ticket buyer.
