Due to possible travel restrictions in the time around the conference, we open up for the opportunity to particpate online.

As with the normal tickets, the online ticket is personal and you cannot share it with other participants. 

Therefore, a few days before the conference, you will receive a personal link to the conference.

If you already have purchased a ticket for physical presence but for some reason cannot participate in person anyway, you can ask the organisors to change your ticket to an online version. However, you will not be reimbursed the difference in the ticket prices. 

N.B. Please notice that we require a minimum of 25 online participants in order to go through with the online broadcast of the conference. In case the online part is cancelled, participants will be fully reimbursed the ticket price (except card fee).
