Cancellation must be made in writing. For cancellations made before 14 days prior to the course, a fee of 10% is retained. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course, a fee of 50% is retained. If cancellation is made less than 2 days prior to the course, the full price is retained. Should you be prevented, you have the option of transferring your ticket to a colleague.
